A. Yes. You can use the skintoskin® website as a guest or as a registered user. In both cases purchases are made in the same way. As a registered user you will be able to use promotional coupons when available and you will have other advantages..

Q. What are the delivery costs?
A. Orders of £100 and over are delivered free of charge. Postage and packaging is charged at £3.75+VAT on orders down to £100. Delivery charges are added at the checkout.

Q. Do I have to pay VAT on skintoskin®?
A. skintoskin® does attract VAT which is added at the checkout. Children's skintoskin® is VAT free up to the age of 14 years.

Q. I have bought skintoskin® but chosen the wrong size, how do I exchange for a different size?
A. Request for exchange must be made within 14 days of initial purchase. Email us at skintoskin@antibacproducts.com with your details, name and address, customer number or invoice number and a day time telephone number. We will contact you to ensure we solve your problem. Return Postage is the customers responsibility.
Because of the nature of the skintoskin® product we do not exchange briefs, boxers or bras.

Q. I have received a faulty skintoskin® item how do I exchange the faulty item?
A. We take every measure to ensure skintoskin® is manufactured to the highest standards, so it is highly unlikely your item will be faulty.
If you do receive a faulty item contact our team within 14 days of initial purchase by email at skintoskin@antibacproducts.com or by telephone on 07710 525 960.
We will request you send the faulty item back for our inspection. If it is deemed the item is at fault and no miss use on behalf of the customer has led to failure of the product we will replace the item and reimburse the customer for the return postage and packaging cost.
